TGH offers a new form of premium collective housing, fully furnished, with many services included in your rent. The concept is flexible (online application, short or long stay, fast and turnkey move-in) perfectly adapted to a nomad way of life and to a new economy, based on sharing and operationality.
House renovation to promote community life
TheGoodHome renovates, with care and eco-responsibility, large individual houses with gardens, close to transportation, and builds places of shared life, designed to naturally build a community while respecting each coliver’s privacy. Plans and equipment are designed so that colivers find the roght balance between community moments and private moments. Therefore common spaces allow social interactions and festive moments while private areas (lockable rooms with own bathroom) ensure everyone’s privacy.
TheGoodHome rehabilitates and equips their houses with constant pursuit of quality, functionality and sustainability. Designed and decorated by a young team, TGH houses are lively, with warm and convivial atmosphere, with an extra special something provided by the association of design and upcycling.
